NO one could fault BSB's finish in Brisbane - it was what the whole crowd had come for.
I want it that way. Everybody. Larger than life. Bam!
All dynamite classics from the late 1990s when the Backstreet Boys were at the height of their fame.
Few remained seated in what became an electric atmosphere in the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
There's no doubt the mostly female crowd still have the shape of AJ, Nick, Brian, Howie and Kevin on their hearts, having first ogled them daily on posters stuck to wardrobe doors about 20 years ago.
Nick's still the pretty boy, Brian and AJ are still bad boys who have just gotten better with age, Howie is the groover while Kevin has got the brooding goin' on.

As one of the world's best-selling boy bands, why wouldn't they want to keep making new music?
Plenty in the audience bopped to the more recent songs but it was obvious many had come yearning for 90s flashbacks.
Nick - who still has a bowl cut - tells us to act like we're 15 years old and tells us what happens at a BSB concert stays at a BSB concert. Girls go wild.
He and AJ tell us they love Brisbane women. Girls go wild.
Brian wishes all the mums a Happy Mother's Day. Girls go wild - no doubt thanking him for the best mother's day present they could wish for.
The concert goofball mocks their age with a fake muscle pull during an early number.
One of them tells us it's cool to be a boy at a Backstreet Boys concert. Boys go wild.
Kevin is back in the fold and Howie teases the crowd with some Latin dance moves.
The at-times cringe worthy crowd chats probably went on too long but they're so pretty and talented - all is forgiven.
They've been touring their 20th anniversary show now for two years and tell us they're heading back into the studio again. Guess we'll see them again soon enough.
