Walk the line in Nimbin

The ‘man in black’ becomes the ‘man in Nimbin’ when Cashville (pictured) comes to the Nimbin Hotel this Friday, February 26, from 7.30pm.

The music of Johnny Cash spans decades and crosses many genres. The band Cashville is a fitting tribute to ‘the man’ and his deep-voiced works of country melancholy.

Cashville front man Tex has an uncanny resemblance to Cash. His portrayal of this musical hero of the downtrodden is remarkably accurate.

Tex is backed by Gloria Booth as June Carter and a very cool band.

The Cashville gig will show you why Johnny Cash is a 20th century icon. They’ll play all the hits such as I Walk The Line, Folsom Prison Blues, and A Boy Named Sue.
