VIDEO: Dad appears to put baby to sleep in 42 seconds

ALL those nights when you thought, "Why won't you sleep?".

Maybe you should have thought of brushing your bub with a tissue.

Introducing baby-whisperer Nathan Dailo from Sydney who appears to transform his baby from ball of energy into snoozing angel in under a minute.

The YouTube video has now been viewed more than  100,000 views.

His secret? Gently stroking baby Seth with a sheet of tissue paper.

He writes:

"I'm sure every parent tries new things to put their little one to sleep.

"Watch as my wife and I put our 3 month old baby boy, Seth, to sleep in under a minute using nothing but a piece of tissue paper."

One commenter already swears by the trick, saying it worked "five times".

Another is less convinced:

"I can confirm and safely say this did not work on my one-year-old.

"In fact, she's still very much wide awake at 11pm. She is not only wide awake but also tore the tissue I was trying to use.

"All I want to do is go to sleep."
