Not every great singing coach occupies a perch on top of a national TV network.

In fact the national director of the hugely successful Sing Australia network, Colin Slater, who holds an Order of Australia Medal, will be at the Kentwell Community Centre (on the corner of Moon St and Bangalow Rd in Ballina) on Tuesday, July 24, to hold a special presentation on singing.

His message - that everyone can sing, and should do it for fun - will be part of the presentation.

Sing Australia Ballina meets every Tuesday night. There are no auditions and no expectations.
