Telstra takes delivery of monster machinery

TELSTRA took possession of two enormous new D10T bulldozers today ready to be put to work in Western Australia.

The two bulldozers will be the biggest on the company's fleet.

Assembled by Hastings Deering, the huge machines are being transported to the west where they will used for heavy excavation work as part of Telstra's cable laying efforts.

The bulldozers departed Toowoomba this morning by semi trailer after having roll-over protection added to them by Toowoomba-based company Gessner Industries.
