Teen rushed to hospital after Curtis Island quad bike crash

A TEENAGER has been transported to Gladstone Hospital over night after crashing a quad bike on Curtis Island.

Queensland Ambulance Service got the call at 7pm to a quad bike incident at Seaview Esplanade and Casuarina Street, Curtis Island.

QAS reported the male teen collided the quad bike into a fence and suffered from lacerations to his neck.

He was transported to Gladstone Hospital in a stable condition.
