BLUR and Mark Ronson will headline this year's Splendour in the Grass music festival.
It will be British rock band Blur's first show in Australia in 18 years after the band cancelled its Big Day Out shows last year.
Blur will release its first album in 12 years, The Magic Whip, later this month.
The line-up for the three-day music festival was announced this morning and also includes Tame Impala, Florence + The Machine, Peking Duk, Of Monsters and Men and Royal Blood.
Florence Welch, who made her Splendour debut at the 10th annual festival at Woodford, told Triple J she is keen to see fellow Brits Blur.
Organisers have added a fourth stage to the site at Yelgun, north of Byron Bay, to accommodate the 93 acts that were unveiled this morning.
They have also announced a special family-friendly camping area called The Meadow.
Splendour in the Grass will be held at the North Byron Parklands from July 24 to 26.
Tickets go on sale next Thursday, April 23, at 9am AEST through Moshtix.
Organisers have warned there will not be a second release of tickets as the event has already been granted additional capacity.
