Soul survivor see stars

FORTUNATE SON: Justin Townes Earle to bring his distinctive songwriting soul to the Star Court Theatre.
FORTUNATE SON: Justin Townes Earle to bring his distinctive songwriting soul to the Star Court Theatre.

As the son of hell-raising Steve Earle he had a deeply troubled youth.

Mercifully, after multiple tours of the world and winning the 2011 Americana Music Award for Song of the Year, Justin Townes Earle has definitively come of age. His new album Nothin's gonna change the way you feel about me now has the gravitas of great soul music and he'll be performing it at the Star Court Theatre on Saturday, February 16.

The show starts at 8pm and costs $44. Tickets from www.starcourttheatre.com.au/shows.
