A local production of Romeo and Juliet by Inspired Youth Performing Arts puts the classic Shakespearean romantic tragedy in Chicago in the roaring twenties. In this scenario the Charleston, warring drug-lords and their crew provide the backdrop for the star-crossed lovers.
