Rocking the Richmond

The Cath Simes Band really rocked the Star Court Theatre in Lismore when they played there recently as part of the In Good Company charity bash, which raised money for local grassroots charities, the Lismore Soup Kitchen and the Mental Health Support Group.

Dynamic Cath Simes (pictured) and her band were a high-energy highlight in a night of highlights which featured some of the North Coast’s finest musos (as well as the most generous) in what was a sort of Lismore Live Aid extravaganza.

If you missed the Cath Simes Band at that gig you can catch them at the Richmond Hotel in Lismore this Friday, November 20, from 8.30pm. They’ll play all your favourite songs from the 60s through to current chart toppers.

Cath’s superb voice is backed by some hot talent – Jamie Sullivan on bass, Tim Corcoran on guitar and Scott Hills on drums.

Bring ya dancing shoes – you’ll need them.

Cath will also play the Goonellabah Tavern this Saturday night, November 21, from 9pm.
