Rocking the hall to build the house

There’s gonna be a big gig at The Channon Hall this Saturday, January 23, with the Burning Down the House Concert. (But please leave the hall unburned.)

This fundraiser for Lynda Mallaby, who lost her home to fire, will feature local band Who We Are (pictured) as well as performances by Melissa Herman, Michael Skinner and Julie Wattus (a piano-playing music educator who’ll be flexing her skills by singing in front of a band).

Who We Are features the talents of Sam Grandison, Kevin Kookaburra, Andy Putnam and Deborah Wild.

$10 gets you in. Food is available at the hall and the whole shebang gets underway at 7pm.
