THE award-winning Rembrandt Hotel, located in the heart of Bangkok, has achieved additional honours for its Rang Mahal restaurant.

Bangkok's most celebrated Indian restaurant, taking out top spot in Bangkok's Top Tables Guide 2012, the most authentic and exclusive listing of best restaurants in Bangkok by BK Magazine.

Rang Mahal, located on the top floor of the popular Rembrandt Hotel, received consistently favorable reviews from in-house food and travel writers as well as foodies, restaurateurs and suppliers in term of quality, service, atmosphere and good food to provide an eating experience to rival the best Bangkok has to offer.

Australian Executive Chef, Andrew Mann says the aim of the Rembrandt is to provide the highest quality food experience in all of its restaurants and ensure staff continue to provide guests with memorable service and a true culinary experience.

"An award like Top Tables Guide 2012 endorses the reputation of the Rang Mahal as a world class restaurant serving authentic Indian food," he said. 

"It also recognizes the Rembrandt's total commitment to quality and the efforts of the food and beverage team to maintain standards in one of the world's most competitive restaurant markets.

The Rang Mahal has been recognized as Thailand's top Indian restaurant by wbpstars, which assesses the best restaurants in the world, and is included in the 2011 Thailand Tatler book of Thailand's Best Restaurants.

The Rembrandt Hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 18, 300 meters from the BTS Skytrain (Asoke) and MRT Subway (Sukhumvit). 

A complimentary 'Tuk Tuk' shuttle service also operates from the hotel to the main road.

Guests no longer have to sit in traffic during their commute from the airport as these public transport systems also link in the with Airport link, alleviating the hassle of congested traffic.

The hotel is also located near the newly built Terminal 21 shopping center with seven stories of shopping, cinemas and some of the most popular restaurants in town.

Along with this, there is also the upscale Emporium Shopping center one BTS station away with all of the finest luxury brands to be found in Thailand.
