Ray helps nursery industry grow

Local nurseryman Ray Parker of Parkers Nursery in Wollongbar received an award at the State Awards night in Sydney recently.

Ray was acknowledged for his work promoting local nurseries, particularly producing a map and guide for nurseries of the Northern Rivers which is about to go into its 6th edition.

He has also held many positions on the Northern Rivers Industry Association and in the past he has helped organise several industry conferences and many other events.
