Pink ribbon breakfast

IT'S that time of the year again when everything goes a little bit pink.

Members of the Rotary Club of Summerland Sunrise will be doing their bit for breast cancer when they host a pink ribbon breakfast to raise money for the local Cancer Council and the Breast Screen program at SCU's Zest function room on Friday, October 19.

Tickets are $25 per head and can be pre-booked at Professionals Real Estate, 95 Magellan St, in Lismore.

Cancer survivor Juliet Sizer will be telling her story and how her involvement with the Rainbow Region Dragon Boat Club helped as part of her recovery.

Breakfast is from 7.15am.
