DCE’s ‘scary’ prediction for Trbojevic brothers
IF YOU reckon you've seen the best of the Trbojevic brothers, think again.
That's the belief of Manly skipper Daly Cherry-Evans who is tipping the dynamic duo to take their game to yet another level in 2018.
And we've already seen evidence of this with Jake and Tom setting up three tries between them, and having a hand in a number of others in the Sea Eagles' pre-season trial against the Roosters last Saturday.

Such is the ball playing element to Jake's game, Sea Eagles coach Trent Barrett has described him as "a halfback stuck in a lock forward's body".
Cherry-Evans said fans can expect to see even more of that in 2018.
"We can definitely see Jake touching the ball a bit more this season," Cherry-Evans told Fox Sports at the NRL season launch on Thursday.
"He's very, very skilful. He's arguably the most skilful 13 in the game.
"I wouldn't swap him for anyone.
"The way he gets in there defensively. He never looks to shy away from the defensive workload before he goes and gets the ball.
"To have someone who's so team-orientated first, but then also the way he can play with the ball it's going to benefit us on both sides."
Cherry-Evans said all he could expect from 'Tommy Turbo' was more improvement.
"That's all we can ask for from anyone in our squad is to improve on last season," he said.
"Because we have a very similar squad to last year, if we can all improve we feel as though with the game getting harder we'll be able to keep up with the rest of the sides
"Tom's an important part of our side improving this season.
"His role will continue to grow just like his brother's is and hopefully we're seeing Tom fitter - and as fast as I've ever seen him.
"It's going to be a scary proposition for the other sides."
As for his side, Cherry-Evans has high hopes.
"Finals footy, we shouldn't be settling for anything less," he said.
"We don't see our squad as having regressed at all.
"We finished sixth last season and we feel as though a high finish is an expectation that is very realistic."
