Not happy Jan! One in five Aussies unhappy with gifts

SO your second cousin Meryl bought you a hideous frog ornament for Christmas and you just don't know what to do with it.

Do you re-gift it and make it someone else's problem?

Do you throw it away?

Or do you keep, hide it in the back of your linen cupboard and bring it out next time she pops over?

A Choice survey found one in five Australians were unhappy with a gift they'd received, leading to 31%  of people either storing the items or throwing them away, and a further 20% re-gifting the worthless item to someone else.

What do you do when you receive a gift that you don't really like?

This poll ended on 29 December 2013.
