No place for Pietersen in T20 squad

FORMER England captain Alec Stewart said he was not surprised at Kevin Pietersen's ommission from England's T20 World Cup squad and one-day team for the tour of South Africa which follows following his texts about England skipper Andrew Strauss.

Stewart said as a cricket fan he wanted the batsman in the squads, but wrote in his BBC Sport column: "Pietersen knows - and everyone else knows - that until he is able to sit down with Strauss and team director Andy Flower to sort out the issues, face to face and in a totally honest way, then he won't feature in the current set-up."
