NiE Acts of kindness

SOMETIMES it seems the news is filled with only the bad things going on in the world.

That's why it's important to remember the positive stuff like the random acts of kindness that people do - when complete strangers help each other out for no reason other than to be kind.

An act of kindness is a spontaneous gesture of goodwill towards another person. It may be caring words or thoughtful deeds that make another person feel happy.

Kindness is not only an enjoyable experience, it is also beneficial for your health.

Doing good for others not only benefits the ones you gift but can also have powerful, positive physical and mental effects on you as well.

Give it a go - do something kind for someone else.
