Netball makes comeback in Kyogle

Kyogle netball has been in the doldrums for some years now, but some keen former players decided to get things moving again.

They sent out flyers and made announcements in the press and local school newsletters.

Kyogle Council helped out by mowing lawns and preparing the fields.

The players cleaned out their old club house and after a big sign up, the first games were played last weekend.

Games will be played on Saturday afternoons and anyone wishing to join in, from juniors (age 14 and under) and seniors (15 and over) should contact Tammy Everingham on 6632 2889.

You can sign up and play on the day if you come dressed to play.
