THE police brief of evidence has been delayed in the alleged king hit murder case against former NRL star Craig Field.

The prosecution told Lismore Local Court today CCTV footage and witness statements were needed to complete the brief.

Both Field, who was granted bail before Christmas, and his co-accused Shaun Fathers did not appear in court to answer the charge of murder in relation to a fight with Kelvin Kane outside the Kingscliff Beach Hotel last July.

Magistrate R Denes adjourned both men's matters until April at Lismore Local Court.

Rosanna has designs on female taboo

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation Riots of Passage in The Quad as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
