Monster garage sale with a cause

It’s time to clear out the cupboards and donate your unwanted (but saleable) items to the upcoming combined Norpa/Zonta monster garage sale. Vibrating slippers, books, dart sets and a dog bed (dog not included) are just some of the items which have so far been donated.

The Zonta Club of Northern Rivers have joined forces with Norpa to hold the garage sale next Saturday, November 21, at Lismore City Hall from 8am to 12pm. Funds raised from the sale will go to Zonta’s projects to help women around the world as well as local domestic violence projects. Norpa funds will be used to create new works and opportunities for local community involvement and employment.

Donations can be left at Norpa’s office at Lismore City Hall on Friday, November 20, from 2-6pm. Alternatively, you can phone Norpa on 0414 478 587 to arrange a drop-off.
