Misconceptions for Lismore

Brian Campeau (pictured) has a powerful voice, unusual arrangements, a penchant for weird instrumentation and a unique production style.

Brian Campeau is no regular singer/songwriter. He's trying something a little different, and succeeding.

In 2006 Brian released a full-length double album Two Faces, which led him to performances at numerous festivals including The Great Escape, Peats Ridge and the Illawarra Folk Festival, and he was picked by the great Jackie Orszacsky to perform alongside him at the Sydney Opera House. He has performed with artists such as James Blunt, Tina Harrod, Kate Miller-Heidke, and Bobby Flynn.

This Sydney troubadour is coming to the Lismore City Bowling Club this Saturday, October 17, with his all-girl band The Common Misconceptions (with Elana Stone).

This is a special show featuring songs from Brian's new album Mostly Winter Sometimes Spring.

The gig starts at 8pm and $15/10 gets you in.
