Man in dress holds up servo with home-made machine gun


A MACHINE gun-wielding cross-dressing armed robber is continuing to evade police.

Melbourne officers have been trying to track down the man who robbed a Taylors Hill service station dressed as a woman about 7.30pm on Monday March 30.

Police believe the man who was wearing a wig, dress and dark sunglasses was armed with a home-made machine gun.

He ordered a service station employee to hand over money.

Police have released images of the man.
