THE creepy cyclist in pink pants who catcalled a woman on the street has walked away without being charged.

Fortunately, the mother of two who was at the receiving end caught the whole thing on camera and the video brought widespread condemnation on social media.

The woman was filming on North Road in Kallangur, north of Brisbane, at around 8am on Monday when a man is seen to her left.

She said the man, identified as John Perz, had hassled her along that route in Kallangur, north of Brisbane, before, so this time she came armed with her phone camera, reported Channel 9.

However, even though police said they spoke to Mr Perz, no charges were laid after he said he was extremely sorry.

"Nice set of boobs you've got," the man says ever so casually, perched atop his bicycle in the clip.

"Sorry?" the woman replies.

"Nice set of boobs you got," he says, without wavering.

"Is that right?" she replied, "I just videoed you saying that."

Stunningly, instead of apologising, he asks how she is and whether her husband lives "on the corner".

Stunned, the woman repeats that she has filmed the encounter and calls him a "d**khead".

Finally, he seems to get the message.

"Oh, sorry." He looks deflated.

The woman says she is going to take the footage to the police before calling him a "kn**head".

The woman's husband hit back on Facebook shortly after the incident.

"This creep has been hassling my wife for months saying inappropriate sexist remarks to her while walking everyday to keep fit. Finally, she managed to record him ..." he wrote on Facebook.

Other residents commented saying they had encountered the man also.
