PREMIER Annastacia Palaszczuk said the Queensland Opposition has something to hide by standing in the way of Labor's plans to cut the limit when political donations have to be made public to $1000.
The new Labor Government wants to return to the Bligh Government-era ruling that donations have to be made public when they are over $1000.
The previous LNP Queensland Government in 2012 raised that level to $12,800 claiming it linked Queensland with the federal government's political donations level.
On Monday the LNP said Labor's move opened the way to a High Court challenge.
Ms Palaszczuk said the LNP had questions to answer.
