Life art queer...

It’s a Queer Life is the first exhibition of the year for the Serpentine Gallery in North Lismore. This exhibition of more than 50 artworks by queer artists was previously on display as the New Year’s Eve Tropical Fruits Annual Art Exhibition but has extended its showing with this move to the funky Serpentine Gallery.

Lismore’s Mayor Jenny Dowell presented the People’s Choice Awards at the official opening.

First prize went to Grant Burford for his pencil drawing Over the Top; second went to Leigh Arnold for Beyond Space and Time; and third prize was won by Christine Spedding for Juxtapostion.

It’s a Queer Life runs till January 29.
