Last words

With the poetry year winding down to a prosaic end, Byron’s Writers at the Rails will have its final show for the year this Sunday, December 6, from 2pm.

The show will feature Brisbane poet Graham Nunn accompanied by guitarist Simon Sheehy (pictured). Graham is the director of the Queensland Poetry Festival and also organiser of Brisbane’s Speedpoets.

Also featuring is popular local poet Gina Lakosta.

The afternoon will also include invited readings and the ever-popular $100 poetry slam.
