Kyogle Quota supports oncology unit

The Kyogle Quota Club recently presented a cheque for $2000 to Anthony Steele from the oncology unit at the Lismore Base Hospital.

Handing over the money to Anthony (second from right) recently were Kyogle Quota Club members (l-r) Rhonda Watts, Jess McGregor, president Pat Saville and Mary Brown.

The money was raised from the club’s pink luncheon, with the women deciding the oncology unit was the best recipient as several people from Kyogle use the oncology unit. There is currently no unit of that type in Kyogle.

Kyogle Quota Club is always looking for new members who would like to make new friends and raise money for charity. For information, phone Carol 6632 1190.
