Raids uncover meth, guns, cash and snakes

GUNS, fireworks and snakes have been discovered during raids of a suspected drug house in the NSW Central West.

About 25g of crystal meth, 20 ecstasy tablets, 90g of marijuana leaf and about $5000 in suspected drug money was seized in Bathurst late Thursday.

Inside the home, police also allegedly found an illegal handgun, ammunition and a large bag of illegal fireworks.

A local reptile handler was called in to remove a diamond python and corn snake.

A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with 16 offences including drug supply.
