James Corden names and shames rudest celebrity

BANG Showbiz

DON'T expect to see Pierce Brosnan appearing on James Corden's US talk show anytime soon.

The Irish actor, who played 007 in four James Bond films, was outed as "rude" by Corden during a segment with Khloe Kardashian on The Late Late Show.

"Name a celebrity who has been rude to you at a party?" Kardashian asked during a game called Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts.

"There was someone," Corden said, "but I don't know if we're going to try and book him on the show."

Kardashian encouraged the host to name and shame, saying, "why would you want to book him if he's rude? Screw him and tell us the name."

And that's exactly what Corden did.

"Pierce Brosnan," he blurted out, "I don't think he's a rude man, he just happened to be (to me)."

"I went to see U2 and I was there with my friend Louis and his wife and my wife, and Pierce Brosnan was with some friends and they left halfway through the gig to go off."

Corden explained that they left a space for Brosnan and his friends to return but the posse had been gone for so long that they weren't sure if they were going to come back at all.

"So me and my wife moved into this area and, literally, I've never felt anything like it, this arm went on here and just pushed me out the way," Corden said.

"And I looked at him [Brosnan] and he didn't even glance at me and he just moved back into his area."

Khloe Kardashian suggested that "maybe he was drunk," but Corden had a different theory, saying, "Maybe he's just a bit f**king rude."
