Invisible Mix-Up

Invisible Friend, a funk, rock and roots outfit from the Byron hills, will join SCU music machine and Battle of the Bands winner The Downstairs Mix-Up at the Tatts Hotel in Lismore next Thursday, May 6, to get this once rockin’ room rocking again.

Invisible Friend has been putting the finishing touches on a brand new album in their Sunroom Studios. This’ll be the follow-up to 2008’s Mysterious Maps.

Thursday’s powerhouse double bill will, hopefully, re-ignite the newly renovated venue and breathe new life into the Lismore live music scene with two of the region’s most distinctive acts in one potent sitting.

Entry is $10/8. The action starts around 8.30pm.

Invisible Friend will also play the Lennox Point Hotel with Brisbane’s roots/reggae band Jack & the Giant Killers this Saturday, May 1, from 8.30pm.
