Comic to lead panel at Interrelate event on relationships
AS part of the Lismore Rising celebrations, Interrelate is hosting a free relationships forum where comedian Many Nolan will emcee a discussion panel on what makes a relationship tick, and keep on ticking.
"Healthy, safe, caring connection in all our relationships is essential for a safer and more caring community and society, where respect is paramount and violence and abuse of women and children can be overcome," said Interrelate's Max Kitto.
"Relationships with partners, children, adol-escents, parents, siblings, friends and neighbours can all be so wonderful when they are working well - but there are so many challenges, and things that can go wrong, sometimes disastrously."
The panel will include Marie Reilly, Dr Jacqui Yoxall (academic and psychologist), Christina Henry, Nava Henry (Interrelate), Stephen Wright and Greg Telford.
The forum is on at the Lismore Workers Club tomorrow from 6-8pm.
