Infinity Ward is teasing us over the Valve console

Infinity Ward

INFINITY Ward spent the weekend teasing us gamer types by releasing photos of a branded version of what is almost certainly a prototype of Valve's upcoming console.

The tweet attached to the photo asked simply: "What's this?"

To which people either replied with "Umm ... the Steam box?" or "Fix the MW3 leaderboards!"

So if we've learned anything from this little marketing exercise, it's that the creators of Call of Duty are probably working with Valve on a release title.

Not that the platform will need one.
