In the pink for cancer

Rob McGoldrick and Wendy Stiff (pictured) of the Professionals in Ballina are inviting people to dress up bras and hang them all in the name of breast cancer research.

Next Wednesday and Thursday, October 28-29, for $2 an entry, people can decorate bras and hang them on lines outside the Ramada Hotel in Ballina.

The Professionals are also hosting a Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer breakfast on Thursday, October 29 from 7am.

Cost is $30, and the guest speaker will be cancer survivor Cheryl Nathan.
