EVER wanted to know what your politician was earning?
Those in New South Wales will now be able to find out, with NSW Labor ministers enforcing new rules ensuring party MPs reveal their taxable incomes.
The new rules - approved by the NSW Opposition cabinet - will also stop Labor MPs from having second jobs.
The changes came into place on Sunday, ahead of former Labor ministers Ian Macdonald and Eddie Obeid face the Independent Commission Against Corruption this week.
Fairfax reported the diaries of ministers would be published online and details of meetings would be available under freedom of information laws.
