GWYNETH Paltrow and Chris Martin's divorce documents were filed on Monday.
The pair - who "consciously uncoupled" last year - are soon to become exes and are currently waiting for a judge to legalise their split.
The 'Mortdecai' actress and the Coldplay frontman reached a settlement through their business managers on how to organise custody of their two children - Apple, ten, and Moses, nine - and how best to split their property, gossip website TMZ reports.
Meanwhile, a source previously claimed the pair are to split their £200 million fortune exactly in half.
A source said: "They're worth pretty much the same amount so are planning to halve everything. They have too much dignity to row about who has what, who should have the most money and who should see most of the kids.
"From the moment they decided to go their separate ways, they decided they would not allow the world to see them fight over money. Now they are both moving on with their lives, they see no need to complicate things - they are just keeping it nice and simple."
It is believed that Gwyneth will remain in the family home in Brentwood, Los Angeles whilst Chris will move to Malibu so the pair are not too far apart.
