Get tangled in Dunoon for charity

Byron Bay musician and artist Cockatoo Paul has got his roadkill jewellery and CDs for sale at the new Tanglefoot Gallery in Dunoon and this Saturday he will be playing live as part of a fundraising effort the gallery owners are putting on for the Cancer Council.

Dunoon artist Martin Jacka, who has his work on commission at the shop, donates a percentage of all of his work to the Cancer Council and has convinced his friend Reg Gregor to do the same. So now Tanglefoot owners Larissa Peteraitis and Jackie Mead have got behind the cause and have organised a barbecue for this Saturday, October 10, and will donate a percentage of all sales from the day. They are hoping to do a similar gig every month or so and will donate money to local charities.

The barbecue starts at 1pm with music from 2pm.
