Fruity film fest

The Queer Fruits Film Festival screens at the Star Court Theatre in Lismore on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 29 and 30.

The festival will feature world and Australian premieres of queer films from around this sexually diverse globe.

Opening night, Tuesday, December 27, from 6-10pm, will be hosted by the high-priestess of vamp, Vanessa Wagner, and will incorporate a filmmakers’ forum with Australian filmmakers and an after-party at The Standard in Lismore.

A wide selection of innovative, celebratory and socially relevant films are programmed over the three sessions. (The second session is on Wednesday afternoon, 4.30-6.30pm, and the third is on Wednesday night from 6.30pm.)

There is a season pass to all sessions and individual tickets to each session.
