SAWTELL and Park Beach Holiday Parks are in line for extra facilities after the NSW Government earmarked $1.5 million in loan funds for Coffs Coast Crown reserves.
The Nationals Deputy Premier Andrew Stoner allocated the money to the Coffs Coast State Park Trust under the Public Reserves Management Fund.
However, there's an important catch.
Reserve managers will receive letters outlining the funding offers and the money will only be made available if the offer is accepted.
The money to the Coffs Coast is for the installation of nine holiday villas and an extension to a camp kitchen at Park Beach Holiday Park, as well as the installation of five holiday villas at Sawtell Beach Holiday Park.
