Departing Aidan Sezer wants to give back to Titans

TITANS five-eighth Aidan Sezer has vowed to leave his club on a high - starting with a good performance against the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium tonight.

The 24-year-old's inclusion, after missing the past month with a hamstring strain, is a significant boost for the struggling Gold Coast outfit.

He is set to join the Raiders next year, but wants a bright finish at Robina over the next seven rounds.

"This club has put a lot of faith in me, the fans and the staff, so I just want to go out on a good note," Sezer (pictured) said.

"Whether that's playing finals footy or good performances from myself, and just to give the fans a reason to be proud of the Titans."

Sezer said he was excited at the looming battle against in-form Brisbane five-eighth Anthony Milford.

He also tipped the ladder-leading Broncos to win this year's NRL premiership.

"They're a class team and I'm backing them for the rest of the year. They've got a lot of quality in their team," Sezer said.

Meanwhile, Broncos centre Jordan Kahu could be in doubt for the local derby after battling a lower leg injury.

Dale Copley, named on the bench on Tuesday, ran at the left-centre position in the team's final training session.

Brisbane coach Wayne Bennett said the move was just a precaution.
