Calling all mortals for divine inspiration

BIRTH and Beyond in Cullen St, Nimbin, hosts Weaving The Divine this Saturday, October 27.

A night of inner-space exploration, it harvests the vocal and musical collaborations of psych-pioneers Dana-Lee, Rich Bell, Ioa Gaia, and Peter Walkingourworld.

Kick back with a BYO pillow and bliss out to inspired spoken word, sung light-language and atmospheric guitar from 7pm.

Adults pay $15, under-16s by donation.

There will be chai and sweet things available for mortal cravings.

CLASSICAL ballet teacher Janece Graham is holding a workshop at the Alstonville Dance Studio this Sunday, October 28.

Her career began with the London Festival Ballet and she has trained many elite dancers, including the Australian Ballet's current principal Lucinda Dunn.
