Broncos to undergo a prop swap for blockbuster clash

THE Broncos will do a straight swap between the suspended Josh McGuire and Sam Thaiday for Friday night's clash against the Cowboys at 1300SMILES Stadium.

McGuire will miss one week for a grade-one dangerous throw on Penrith back-rower Bryce Cartwright from last Friday's 8-5 win. This will still make him eligible for Maroons selection, the team for Origin I to be named on Monday.

Test forward Thaiday (pictured) returns from his own one-match ban to replace McGuire at prop.

Francis Molo is also back as part of the interchange in place of Joe Ofahengaue, while Kodi Nikorima, who provided plenty of impact against Penrith last week, celebrated a one-year extension by keeping his spot on the bench.

For the Bulldogs, James Graham, Josh Reynolds (both suspension) and Greg Eastwood (concussion) all return for their blockbuster against the Roosters at ANZ Stadium, also on Friday night.

As rumoured, Eels halfback Chris Sandow has been dumped for his side's clash against the Warriors at Pirtek Stadium on Saturday, with Luke Kelly coming in for him.

Joseph Paulo and David Gower have also been omitted for Parramatta, with Tepai Moeroa and Pauli Pauli coming in, while the Warriors' Konrad Hurrell has been suspended for three weeks for a lifting tackle. Dominique Peyroux moves into the centres and Sione Lousi comes on to the bench.

For Souths' clash with the Storm at AAMI Park on Saturday night, Adam Reynolds' thumb injury means John Sutton (though in doubt with an eye injury) returns to five-eighth, Chris Grevsmuhl comes into the back-row and Nathan Brown comes on to the bench. Luke Keary moves to halfback.

For the Panthers, James Segeyaro has been named to return at hooker, meaning Isaac John drops out of the team with Apisai Koroisau shifting to five-eighth, for the clash against Manly at Brookvale Oval on Monday night.

Rosanna has designs on female taboo

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation Riots of Passage in The Quad as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
