Bluesfest tix on sale now

Early bird tickets for the 21st Bluesfest are on sale at www.bluesfest.com.au.

And next year's festival will be a special one. Apart from turning 21 (key of the door and all that), the Bluesfest moves home to the Tyagarah Tea Tree Farm - 120 acres of tea trees 10 minutes north of Byron. (Hope they like music...)

Byron Shire Council has given a three-year approval for the festival to be staged at the farm. Work is well underway by the Bluesfest team to prepare for the 21st birthday event - with facilities and space for 6,250 campers and up to 17,500 daily visitors.

“With this long-

anticipated move we are able to give not only our countless thousands of faithful fans, but also the wonderful galaxy of performing artists who keep returning to grace our festival, a deeper sense of home, heart and belonging,” Bluesfest director Peter Noble said.
