TWO men have been accused of tricking a 100-year-old millionaire into changing his will before he died.
A bitter family dispute over who should inherit the man's $3 million estate allegedly motivated the men to take advantage of his fragile state.
Following the centenarian's death in January 2009, a report on what had allegedly taken place was referred to detectives investigating other reports of fraudsters targeting the elderly in the western suburbs.
Police arrested two men, aged 69 and 70, near Liverpool on Tuesday.
They were charged with multiple dishonestly offences and will front court on Tuesday, November 6.
A 72-year-old woman, arrested earlier this month, will also appear in court that day on a related charge.
Investigations are continuing.
