QUEENSLAND MP George Christensen on Monday launched a parliamentary bill to ensure fishermen could still access areas affected by the marine park plan.

He said the marine park bill was an example of "government by social media where chain emails drive the national agenda".

The bill aims to keep access open for commercial and recreational fishermen to fish in marine reserve areas.

While the bill will be up for further debate on Tuesday, it was unlikely it will gain traction in parliament after a slim majority voted for the marine park plan in the first place.

Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
