Big name, big art, big chance

The National Parks and Wildlife Service Northern Rivers Region Aboriginal Art Award has one of the longest names in art history. Maybe we can just call it the NPWSNRRAAA… yes, that’s better.

Anyway, the NPWSNRRAAA is in its ninth year and really is a major art prize with $6,500 up for grabs.

This year it’ll be held in collaboration with the Lismore Regional Gallery from June 5 to July 10.

Aboriginal artists who reside in or are associated with the Northern Rivers are invited to submit entries for this year’s award.

The deadline for submission of entry forms is Friday, April 30.

For more info and entry forms phone NPWS Northern Rivers Region on 6627 0200 or Lismore Regional Gallery on 6622 2209.
