MELBOURNE model Ryan Buckingham has been sent packing in the second Big Brother eviction tonight.

The 22-year-old's romance with fellow housemate Estelle was cut short after he received 32 percent of the public vote, compared to 33 percent going to Benjamin and 35 percent going to Bradley.

He told host Sonia Kruger in front of the live studio audience just how strong his feelings for 24-year-old Estelle are.

"She's an amazing girl," he said.

"I walked in there and I just thought 'yeah she's the one, she's awesome'. I really like her."

Kruger also quizzed Buckingham on Bradley Darke's feelings for Estelle, with whom the Coraki teen shared his first kiss earlier this week.

"It was pretty hard to sit back and see that," Buckingham said.

But there didn't seem to be any hard feelings.

"Bradley is just a funny guy," he said.

"I've never met anyone like him in my life."

Buckingham got one last chance to influence the Big Brother house by choosing to give Estelle the 'nomination superpower', the details of which will be revealed in tomorrow night's nomination show.

Rosanna has designs on female taboo

Artist Rosanna Pimm uses 3500 porcelain tampons to created her large scale performance installation Riots of Passage in The Quad as part of The Lismore Women's Festival on International Women's Day. Laying down and de-constructing the mandala structure symbolises the impermanence of the menstrual cycle and an end to female inequality in the world.
