Bernard Tomic arrested after party in Miami hotel
AUSTRALIAN tennis star Bernard Tomic has been arrested at his luxury Miami hotel for trespass and resisting arrest.
Security guards at the W South Beach Hotel had called on him to say he was making a racket before his 5:00am arrest.
Neighbours had complained about loud noise and music coming from his $10,000-a-night penthouse suite.
Tomic allegedly closed the door on the guards after "pointing his finger aggressively towards" them and continuing to play loud music, according to the Miami Beach Police Department arrest report.
After three attempts to get him to quieten down, hotel security called the police.
