POMS Will and Steve out-classed Carol and Adam on My Kitchen Rules tonight.

The British mates comfortably won the sudden-death cook-off in a best of three courses showdown.

Both aspiring chef Steve and former tennis pro Adam were confident cooks whose egos were dealt a blow after placing in the bottom two of last night's Melbourne community garden growers challenge.

Will and Steve dominated the entrée and main courses after newlyweds Adam and Carol got off to a rocky start.

Despite rebounding for dessert, Adam and Carol lost by seven points.

"MKR has been an amazing tournament but unfortunately for us it's game, set and match," Adam said.

Carol said the stresses of the show had tested their relationship.

"If you can survive this you can survive anything," Carol said.

"What we're going to take away is great memories, friendship, we've retained our love of food and each other."

Tomorrow night the remaining eight teams will cook for theme-park goers.

Will and Steve's menu
