Banking on Security seminar

As the electronic world becomes a bigger part of our everyday lives, being aware of security in the home and business is more important than ever.

To help inform people about the potential personal security threats they might be exposed to, the Summerland Credit Union will host a free ‘Banking on Security’ seminar next Tuesday, May 11.

You can learn about how to protect yourself from incidences of identity theft, card skimming, phishing and online scams which can potentially cost you significantly in terms of your money, time and reputation.

Speakers include Rob Crawford, Senior Fraud Analyst with ABACUS, Senior Constable Michael Hogan from NSW Police and Joel Hatto, an IT Security Analyst with Auscert.

The seminar will be held at the Lismore Workers Club at 5.30pm for a 5.45pm start. If you would like to attend, you should RSVP by Monday, May 10 by calling 1300 802 222 or email info@summerland.com.
